Hips- The hip line is located on the broadest part of the upper part of the leg and the buttock, which also has to be levelled parallel to the floor. 4. Waist to hem- Distance between waist and desired length of the garment. 5. Shoulder to hem- Distance between the outer part of the shoulder to desired length of the garment. 6.
