The BLK BOX Goliath Adjustable Weight Bench is a heavy-duty weight bench designed and made in Belfast. It features 7 backrest positions ranging from 0° to 90° upright, in 15° increments, and 3 seat positions ranging from 0° to 30° in 15° increments at the front. Depending on what exercise you are doing, the bench can be quickly and easily adjusted to be inclined, completely flat or somewhere in-between. There is a handle to adjust the backrest easily, and likewise for the seat. High-density plastic and rubber feet ensure no damage to the floor during use. The bench uses 58mm thick and 265mm wide pads, featuring 40mm thick foam padding. The pads are locally sourced, and offer a secure and comfortable seating or lying position. This durable base base is perfect for all movements and positions, whether it's hip thrusters, bent over rows, bench presses or seated dumbbell presses. Its lower height and wide base offer a robust and solid grounding. The sturdy 100mm x 50mm box section, and laser-cut moving parts, are all cut, fabricated, welded, powder coated and assembled at BLK BOX HQ. A high number of parts are welded using our robot welder, while some parts require the detailed touch of our in-house welding team. The locally sourced padding is covered in a highly durable vinyl leather which is easily wiped clean. The Goliath Adjustable Bench features mild steel teeth with a durable zinc plating, and stainless steel bar is used at the base of all adjuster arms, ensuring there is no powder coat chipping's or paint removal from your bench when adjusting the pad angles. This bench can be easily moved using the knurled handle at the front, and the heavy duty wheels at the back. Having the handle at the front of the bench ensures it is easily rolled in and out of any rigs or racks in your facility. The rear wheels are rated to over 300kg and use a rubber rim, perfect for ensuring no marks or damage to your facilities floor.
