The crystal glass body is an airy vase shape with geometrical design (diamonds). Socket is made by Leviton with on/off push thru switch. Lamp takes one medium standard base bulb maximum 40 watt (not included). Attached is a blue sticker that reads: UL Inc. PORTABLE LAMP ISSUE BD 16850 E 125485. It was assembled by HEYCO Industries. Good working condition. Shade and bulb are not included.Measurements approx.: 9 1/2 H (from base to top of socket) x 4 wide. Excellent vintage conditions with insignificant sign of wear and age.
