*** Please note this listing is for a SEWING PATTERN not RTW lingerie *** The inspiration behind my Marie pattern was the desire to have beautiful matching knickers for all the embroidered tulle bras I was obsessed with making, back in 2018. Over the years I have gone back to this pattern many times and perfected it for use with both stretch lace AND non-stretch lace or embroidered bra tulle (my personal fav), making this a perfect pantie pattern to match bralettes designed for stretch (like my lacy Darcey) and also bras designed for use with non-stretch fabrics and laces, like most underwire bra patterns. My design includes two back options, the full lace back and the lace and combo fabric back. Sometimes our favourite laces are just not quite wide enough, so I included two back options with that in mind. You have a choice between adjustable straps and beautifully dreamy bows, which I just can’t get enough of. They’re really quick to make and don’t need many supplies, a win win in my book! I have included a tutorial section in the pattern instructions on different types of lace including; stretch lace, rigid lace and embroidered tulle, and on how to either ‘mirror’ or ‘balance’ them, depending on the style of pattern and lace. There is a helpful contents page which makes it easy to print (if indeed you do print your instructions too) the necessary pages.
