A MOUNTED DISPLAY of a genuine autograph of JACK WARNER (1895 – 1981), on hand signed page with a photo of the rare quad poster from the 1946 EALING STUDIOS film "THE CAPTIVE HEART". English actor. He played JOE HUGGETT (the father) in the Huggetts series of films. He was also closely associated with the role of PC George Dixon, whom he played in the 1950 film "The Blue Lamp" and later in the tv series "Dixon of Dock Green" from 1955 until 1976. He appeared in many EALING STUDIOS films including THE CAPTIVE HEART, HUE AND CRY, IT ALWAYS RAINS ON SUNDAY, AGAINST THE WIND, TRAIN OF EVENTS, THE BLUE LAMP, THE SQUARE RING & THE LADYKILLERS.
