This is a charming underbust style corset laced vest, featuring a big sunflower motif. This pattern works up quickly and makes for a lightweight, charming layering piece for spring and summer looks! This pattern begins with two pieces: the sunflower panel and the corset. These two elements are made separately, and then slip stitched together. Then the shoulder straps are worked beginning at the top of the sunflower panel, and are slip stitched to the corset. The back panel and corset can easily be made in two different sizes, depending on how you’d like the garment to fit on your body. You can work a larger or smaller sunflower panel depending on whether you’d like full coverage across your back, or more of a razorback style top. The corset portion should be made according to your natural waist measurement. Sizes range from small to x-large.
