I do charge a resizing fee of $8-$20 plus shipping both ways. Resizing means remaking the piece. I do love making these so I don't mind remaking them, however, I do have to use fresh material and I can't resell your band as it was custom made just for you. Also I can't really work for free as much as I would love to. So that's why I have to charge for this service. I sell hundreds and hundreds of these bands and you can imagine if I have a whole bunch coming back for resizing, that's a lot of waste. Luckily, it doesn't happen too often but it does happen. Use a thin string or floss (that has no stretch) to wrap around your wrist where you will be wearing your watch. Tape one side down if that helps. Cut the string so that the ends meet up precisely with no overlap nor slack. Then place it on a reliable ruler for your precise measurement. Soft measuring tapes are often incorrect. When you choose your wrist size, know that these bands are meant to be worn close to the wrist. Apple watch not included - Non returnable item.
